Instructions on the procedure of applying for the Athlete's Skill Grade for the International Golfer's Athletic Master and the athletic Master
According TO THE MEASURES FOR THE Administration OF ATHLETES 'SKILL GRADE (Order NO.18 of the General Administration of Sport of the STATE), THE PROCEDURES FOR INTERNATIONAL GOLF ATHLETES AND ATHLETES APPLYING for ATHLETES' SKILL GRADE are explained as follows.
I. Application for qualification
Athletes who meet the standards of golf rating (hereinafter referred to as the applicant) shall apply for the title of golf rating within 6 months after the achievement. Applications beyond this period will not be accepted. The year-end ranking is subject to the time of publication. Other competitions are subject to the time of achievement.
2. Collect achievement proof materials
(I) The applicant shall obtain the result proof materials from the competition Organizing committee or relevant units.
(2) The proof materials include order book, grade book, award certificate, official result announcement, year-end ranking, etc.
(3) The order book and score book shall be obtained from the organizing Committee for domestic competitions; Official results (including those published on the official website) shall be obtained for international competitions; The annual ranking can be obtained from the official website of the association. The world year-end rankings are available on the official websites of the respective international organizations.
3. Make an application
The applicant should apply to his/her unit (the sports administration department of the province where the national athlete is registered, the provincial golf association, the first-level sports administration department of the city where his/her household registration is located, the sports team, the school where he/she is registered, etc.) and submit the following materials:
(1) Application form for the title of athlete's technical grade;

(2) Achievement proof materials.
Four, the handling process
(1) After the approval of the athlete's unit, the official seal shall be affixed in the column of "Opinions of the Applying Unit" in the Application Form for Athlete's Technical Grade Title, and the application materials shall be submitted to the provincial sports administrative department for examination and approval.
(2) After receiving the application materials, the provincial sports administrative department shall complete the examination and verification within one month.
1. If there is no objection to the approval of the application materials, the provincial sports administrative department shall stamp its official seal on the column of "Opinion of the Review and Awarding Unit" in the Application Form for Athletes' Technical Grade Title, and submit the application materials to the Chinese Association of Higher Education.
2. If the application materials do not meet the requirements, the provincial sports administrative department shall explain the reasons and return the application materials to the applying unit or the athletes themselves.
(3) Upon receipt of the application materials, CAAP shall complete the examination and approval within 3 months.
(4) For the applications that meet the requirements, CAAC shall complete the examination and approval according to the following procedures:
1. Publicity: The association will publicize the name, gender, sports performance and other relevant information of the athletes to be awarded the rank title on the official website and other media, within 7 working days;
2. Approval: If there is no objection at the expiry of the publicity period, CAAC shall approve the granting of the grade title in the form of documents;
3. Announcement: CGA will award international athletes and the information of the athletes will be published on the official website of China Golf Association (www.cgagolf.org.cn).
4. Archiving: CAAC shall keep a copy of the Application Form for Athlete's Technical Grade Title and the copy of the result certificate for archiving.
5. For applications that do not meet the requirements, CAAP will return the application materials to the application department or the athlete after explaining the reasons.
Applicants login "Chinese sports culture education network (https://www.ydyeducation.com/) or" download "body teaching union" APP, register online, and fill in the information related to athletes, for athletes technical level certificate.
6. These measures are applicable to the application of international golf masters and masters. The application method of Grade I athletes, Grade II athletes and Grade III athletes shall be reported according to the actual situation of the sports administrative departments in each province.
